3900x voltage too high

1. unfortunately the manual is useless. It maybe just one limiting core or CCD. If LLC is set too high, this spike in voltage as the CPU goes to idle could be reaching harmful levels. I wrote down all the other #s i could see in the screenshots above, and went looking for them in bios, and i cant find them. So the take away is manual fixed ratio overclocking really is a pointless endeavor on the 3900X. One thing I like about my board is it has an AMD overclocking voltage setting that lets me dial it up and down by .1mv so I can do 1.34 or 1.35 and it kind helps me keep it on the lower end of what I think is acceptable for voltage.
